Personal Training

We offer 1-on-1, partner, or private group training to motivated individuals. Working with a personal trainer gets you to your goals faster, safer, and with more solid knowledge than training on your own. Clients lose fat, gain muscle, and improve their strength, fitness, and mobility by working with us. Our Coaches are the most educated and most experienced coaches in Bowling Green. All Personal Trainers are trained in-house in addition to their nationally-accredited certifications.
