Programming and modifying programs for better deadlifting habits and practices
Expect this clinic to last approximately 3 hours with a break for a snack. We will spend a little bit of time with a lecture and then dive into application (yes you will be deadlifting!). We will wrap it up with Q&A and anything else you all may need!
