Welcome to Bowling Green Powerhouse’s Squat Clinic!! We are excited to help you navigate through all the information that exists about “what makes a good squat” and deliver the fundamentals of squatting. This clinic will go over these fundamentals and paint a picture of squatting starting with the feet and working our way up to the head. We will cover:
-Rooting
-Torque
-Depth
-The varied bar positions, width of feet, front, back and goblet squats
-Elevated Heels
-Squatting Body weight vs 2xBodyweight
-Programming and Modifying programs for better squatting habits and practices.
Expect this clinic to last approximately 2 Hours. You will learn the different types of squatting, which squat is best for you, and how to enhance your training to meet your needs. This is a hands-on, learn-by-doing clinic!
